If your shipment didn’t arrive on the guaranteed delivery date or time, submit a refund request for failure of service within 30 days of the mailing date.

- You must complete an inquiry process within 90 days of the date of mailing before you can file for a postage refund by calling the Customer Care Center at 1-800-222-1811.
The Postal Service will refund postage only when:
